What Is He Sleep Talking About?

Colored very quickly last night. I worked on it past midnight. If my mom knew I had stayed on the computer that long she'd be so mad at me. But I wanted to get it done then. So the coloring was very lazy, but good enough. Utah and Wyoming have the same hair, eye, and skin color for some reason while the others have their own.

So basically, Utah fell asleep during a state meeting, which is out of character for him (which is why they're so surprised), and he starts sleep talking. About food of all things. And the other states don't know what fry sauce is. But Utah always eats his fries with it.
